This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, free parking, and a nice indoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first visit. I highly recommend it, especially for the friendly service!

The location was decent.
Upon arrival we were not greeted with anything besides give me your credit card. Breakfast was coffee hard boiled eggs waffles and yogurt. Breakfast was to be until 10 but downstairs sign said only till 9. The whirlpool button was missing. Pool furniture rusty. Floor lamps were used for pool area and cords that were ducted taped together for lighting in pool area. No pool towels. The manager was a moron. If you don't open the door the minute housekeeping knocks you won't get service for your room. When we told manager at noon that housekeeping needed to clean room he said no and handed us two towels and garbage bags. The electric in the hotel went out for 45 minutes at 1030 at night. The bedding was disgusting and stained. The iron had food on it so couldn't iron clothes. They tried to charge us again after we paid through Booked.net. Then told us we were only paid up until the day before so we needed to pay for another day. Showed him the booking receipt then he called someone speaking in another language and annoyed. Would never stay here again. I have no idea why this is even getting a 2.9 rating!

The hotel's staff was very very nice and understanding. Location: the property was not far from great restaurants. Before bed I went to Penn Avenue Pub for a nightcap, it's 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Their staff were not very friendly.

Bed was comfortable & clean.
Light burned out in bathroom, staff brought new bulb but didn't know how to change. Was offered new room but we were too exhausted to change rooms. It was our 2nd room changed too. 1st room we were given walked into an occupied room. Staff was polite just not idea situation when we were already tired.

Recommended for solo adventurers seeking a cheap option
I had a somewhat amusing experience checking in, the front desk was a ghost town, just a phone to call someone when I arrived. The bathroom? Small, but clean. But I had to squeeze like a sardine to shut the door without disturbing the toilet.
For the price, it was still a stretch for that kind of stay though, but acceptable enough.

We liked that a breakfast was included along with having a pool. The kids liked the idea of picking, from a couple of choices, what they wanted to have to eat for their own breakfast! The pool was just the right size to keep them together for us to watch. They loved the basketball hoop the best!!
We had a very nice room but it had a bathtub faucet that had a slow stream of water continuously running no matter what we tried. Didn't want to move to another room because we were already unpacked. Just a waste of water. Some of the pool furniture had rusted off uneven legs. We had to make sure what was safe to use after sitting in an uneven one first, but plenty of good ones to pick from.

bedding was clean, as I could tell, and the room service was ok.
The water was turned off to my room, while I was in the middle of a shower. The only consolation was "sorry sir, we were doing some construction on another floor." I also did not care for the "musty" smell/feeling. My son even commented on the stickers stuck to the elevator. Oh, and the elevator was in need of cleaning, what ever pile of dirt and debris that was in the corner. There were not a whole lot of things positive to say. No signs were posted to inform the guests of the inconvenience. No alerts were given. What was funny is that I had walked through the lobby 30 minutes before getting to my room. Some staff could have said something...oh wait...that means that they would have to be at the desk.

Great location but needs serious TLC
Checked in and was greeted by staff who seemed nice enough, but the overall vibe was not great. The room had issues-sticky door, curtains half hanging. Breakfast was bare minimum, just some sad bread and bananas. The pool looked cloudy. They have potential, but man, a good cleaning and some organization would do wonders.

I loved how rude everyone was to me. It was also great to have an agreement on check out. Then someone screaming at every person in my hallway to leave by 11. I would never recommend this place again. I mean let alone Sheboygan WI is not really a popular place to stay from the start, so atleast treat the business that flows through with respect.
The price, the attitude and condescending nature of the manager. The beds looked very stained. It just was not a comforting stay and disorientated my entire trip.

The hotel layout was easy to navigate. Parking was convenient and the location was central. I appreciate a straightforward experience while visiting.
The atmosphere felt uncomfortable due to the smell of smoke in the hallway. The breakfast had very limited options, and the juice was not fresh. I did not feel welcomed .
